Meaghan Massella received her Bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT in 2001. She went on to study acupuncture at Tai Sophia Institute in Laurel, MD graduating with a Master's degree in acupuncture in 2007. Meaghan is the author of Simple Secrets For Better Sleep: Love, Your Acupuncturist. & Simple Secrets To Nourish Yourself Better: Love, Your Acupuncturist. Meaghan also serves on the Board of Directors of Damien's Recovery Inc, a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness and prevention of teen substance abuse. Meaghan enjoys playing with her kids, hiking, yoga and audiobooks.
