Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be assessed the full cash fee. We see one patient at a time at this location and reserve the entire session time just for you. We require a credit card on file to reserve appointments and to take care of late fees.
This location is not ADA accessible. There are three exterior steps and eight interior steps up to the treatment area.
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA! Credit card fees are not refundable. Payment is due at the time of service.
