- All patients and staff must wear a mask or face covering at all times in the clinic. Masks must cover your nose and mouth. Masks with valves are not permitted.
- We ask that people do not enter the clinic with ANY cold or flu-like symptoms. This includes runny nose, sore throat, congestion or coughing.
- Everyone must use hand sanitizer or wash their hands upon entering the clinic and are encouraged to use proper hand hygiene regularly
- Everyone will be screened for coronavirus symptoms and risk factors prior to being treated. If you are told to quarantine for any reason we are happy to see you when your quarantine period is over.
- The number of people in the clinic at one time is limited. Patients are asked to come alone to their appointment, if there is someone accompanying you they will be asked to wait in their vehicle.
- We "social distance": please be aware of limited seating and standing areas in our reception area. Our treatment room chairs have been spaced at minimum 6 feet apart.
- Please leave as many of your personal belongings as possible locked in your vehicle's trunk.
- All clinic spaces and bathrooms are frequently cleaned with CDC approved cleaning products. In order to maintain cleanliness and efficiency we ask that you refrain from switching chairs or unnecessarily touching surfaces. We are sanitizing all high-touch surfaces including door knobs, pens, light switches and even the hand sanitizer pump.
- We have a HEPA & ionizing air filter running in the clinic.
- Because our treatment slots are limited, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. If you have a true emergency, please notify us as soon as possible. This way we can accommodate everyone who needs appointments.
- In order to facilitate air flow we will be leaving the door between the reception area and treatment room open as much as possible. We encourage you to bring your own ear plugs or music to listen to with headphones.
- Eating and drinking in the clinic is strictly prohibited. Please leave drinks and food in your vehicle.
